Vision Taekwon-Do
Taekwon-Do classes are offered at the Freedom Leisure Centre, Downsview Crescent, for children and adults. TKD Tigers – Total Kids Defence - for children aged three to six is a life-skills course to teach them about the dangers they may face today and how to deal with and avoid them with role-play and games. There are other classes for children aged 7 to 13 and for teenagers from 14 to adults.
