Office space goes quickly
Lawson Commercial has let the ground floor space of Unit 2/7 Horsted Square, Bellbrook Business Park, comprising just over 1,800 sq ft.
Partner Chris Lawson said: "It is not that often that we receive instructions to market ground floor office space, which can be quite sought after by certain styles of businesses.
"Within a week of this space becoming available we had found a new occupier who signed up quickly and has already taken occupation. This shows that, for the right space at the right price, there is still a good demand."
