Plans to change use of amenity land in Maresfield
Plans have been submitted to change the use of Wealden District Council-owned amenity land in Maresfield to “domestic curtilage”.
A planning application has been submitted to the council by Mr Colin Bell of 5 Parklands, Maresfield, who also wants to build a sectional concrete garage and fence.
The planning application, number WD/2011/1810/F, describes Wealden Council as the owner of the land, and says notice of the application was served on the council on August 11.
Drawings showing the site can be seen on the Wealden Council website.
