Work under way at Uckfield Bus Station to improve disabled access
Work is being carried out at Uckfield Bus Station to improve access for disabled passengers.
Kerbs are being lowered and footpaths re-graded at the station just off Bell Lane and behind Bell Walk.
The plan is to carry out the work on two consecutive Sundays, last Sunday and this weekend.
One of the bus lanes is to be closed with passengers being re-directed to appropriate bus stops with changes being advertised on site.
