Uckfield care staff in Eastbourne Cancer Research Race for Life
Care staff at Uckfield’s Margaret House took part in Cancer Research UK's Race for Life at Eastbourne on Sunday.
The race is the UK's largest women-only fundraising event series.
Women of all ages and fitness levels come together to walk, jog or run to raise money to help beat cancer.
Pictured in their pink tutus are care manager Denise Bartholomew, senior carer Anne Duffy, carers Samantha Loach, Jane Harris, Margaret Semple. On the day, Anne was unwell and could not take part. Also taking part but not pictured was Tracy Douglas-Hoare. They expect to have raised £400 to £500.
