New classrooms open at UCTC
New classrooms have opened at Uckfield Community Technology College.
They include a food technology room, to cater for increased demand in the subject, a textiles room and an IT double suite.
The music department also has a new classroom with computer facilities and electronic keyboards. Practise rooms have been refurbished with two of them sound-proofed.
In addition there has been a major investment over the summer in a new wireless network and upgrading of the overall network at the college.
Work outside has included a new section of fencing between the college and Lime Tree Avenue which was provided by developers Clearwater.
