County writes off debts of £187,000
East Sussex County Council has written off debts amounting to £187,541 for the year 2009/10.
Nineteen debts in excess of £2,500 were written off during the confidential section of a meeting held on Monday at County Hall, in Lewes.
The minutes record there was no prospect of recovering the money.
