Car ends up on pavement after accident in Uckfield High Street

Traffic was disrupted in Uckfield High Street this morning after a Ford Fiesta ended up on the pavement with the rear damaged after hitting the Nat West Bank building. Nobody was injured.

Two police cars attended and parked on the High Street after the accident which happened between 11 and 11.30am.

Photographer Ron Hill spotted the car and took this photograph. He said the scene was cleared by 12.30pm.
