Uckfield college celebrates "excellent" exam results
Sixth form students at Uckfield Community Technology College are celebrating an "excellent" set of AS and A-level results.
The college says A-level students performed exceptionally well, with over three-quarters of all entries awarded the top A*-C grades.
Eight students achieved straight A* and A grades in all subjects.

Three students, pictured above left, Henry Greenslade, Tom Bedwell and Alison Hallett will be studying medicine.
The vast majority of students have secured places at university.
Deputy Principal Geoff Evans was very pleased with the results and paid tribute to "a fantastically hard-working cohort of students who thoroughly deserve their success.
"What is especially pleasing this year is the number of students who have won university places in a year where competition is particularly fierce."
More students are pictured below checking their results.
