Shop on new estate for sale
The chance is being offered to run a shop on a new housing estate being built off the Eastbourne Road, Uckfield.
It is on the market, with a flat above, at £350,000 and will be the only shop serving the development which is called Fernley Park.
Lawson Commercial partner Chris Lawson said this would be a worthwhile opportunity for someone in the convenience/newsagent business.
When finished there will be 230 homes at Fernley Park.
The first 68 are currently being built and will include the shop which will have a retail area of about 650 sq ft on the ground floor and a two-bedroom self-contained flat above.
