Plans to build nine flats behind Uckfield High Street, with access from Bell Farm Lane, have been submitted to Wealden Council.
They would be arranged over three levels and be built behind numbers 21-31 High Street, Uckfield.
The application is due to be considered tonight at a meeting of Uckfield Town Council's plans committee.
Also on the agenda is a scheme to build six terraced houses on the site of a bungalow at the end of Woodlands Close on the Manor Park Estate and a plan to build a new home in Vernon Road. Follow links below for more detail on those plans.
