Plans for two new homes next to Lime Tree Avenue, Uckfield
Plans have been submitted to build two new homes between Lime Tree Avenue and number 6 Downsview Crescent, Uckfield.
Drawings show the corner of one of the houses sitting on part of the existing avenue path and proposals to build a new path around it.
A similar planning application submitted last year was withdrawn. See the story carried on the Uckfield News website at the time.
The latest planning application, number WD/2011/1607, was received by Wealden Council on July 15. The applicant is Mr J. Spinks of High Street, Buxted.
A statement accompanying the planning application says the dwellings are not associated with any public buildings or spaces and the surrounding area will remain unaltered.
Access would be from the main road, Downsview Crescent and there would be parking and access to the gardens from the rear.
