Uckfield's Miss England contestant to marry next month

Uckfield’s Yasmin Motovalli had a great time taking part in the Miss England contest finals this week but was unsuccessful in her bid for the title.

Yasmin was graceful in defeat. She told Uckfield News that the winner was a very pretty girl, very intelligent and her win was well deserved.

“I had a really good time. I’m only sorry I couldn’t do better on behalf of East Sussex,” she added.

Yasmin is now looking forward to a much more important event, her marriage to Chris Robson at Little Horsted Church on Sunday, August 7.

She has promised to send us a photograph after the big day.
