Plans for two homes in grounds of house in New Town, Uckfield

Plans have been submitted to build a pair of semi-detached homes in the grounds of Lewes House in New Town, Uckfield.

Lewes House is on the opposite side of the road and slightly further south than the Applegate Dental Practice.

A planning application submitted by Clearwater Land & New Homes includes off-street parking and landscaping.

Drawings show the two houses would each have three bedrooms.
