Chance to comment on planning strategy for Uckfield
There will be chance to comment on Wealden Council's strategy for development in towns and villages across the district next month.
District councillors have been told that a formal six week period of consultation on the council's core strategy will begin on February 14.
Guidance notes and forms are to be made widely available to enable any organisation or individual give their views on the document. They will be available to view and download on the council's website from Friday, February 11.
All representations will be forwarded to the planning inspectorate for consideration before the stragegy is examined in public.
The consultation is due to be publicised nearer the time but the documents are due to be displayed at Uckfield Library, Uckfield Civic Centre and at Maresfield Parish Council's office in Nutley from Monday, February 14 to Monday, March 28.
