Good luck to everybody in Uckfield planning Royal Wedding Day celebrations.
Road closure have been approved for street parties in Harcourt Road, Hunters Way and Hempstead Gardens and also in Standen Mews in Hadlow Down.
There is to be a Royal Wedding tea party at Ridgewood village Hall with fancy dress competition, craft activities for children, raffle and homemade cakes with proceeds going to hall funds.
And a Right Royal Picnic is planned at Buxted rec. People are invited to take along blankets, chairs and picnics and there is to be a children's fancy dress competition.
Whatever your plans for the day all of us at Uckfield News hope you have a happy time.
