Drainage works will close Uckfield's Snatts Road

Snatts Road, Uckfield, will be closed for five days from today (Monday) for essential maintenance work to replace broken and damaged drainage pipes.
The work will take place at the junction of Snatts Road and London Road. New drains will also be installed.
This junction frequently becomes flooded during heavy rain.
As well as Snatts Road being closed, temporary traffic lights will be in place on London Road. Diversions (in both directions) are via Church Street. Temporary bus stops will 100m from the roadworks.
East Sussex County Council said the work may be delayed by freezing weather.
