Two new homes to be built next to 2 The Drive, Uckfield
Permission has been given for two new homes to be built on land next to 2 The Drive, off Church Street, Uckfield.
Wealden Council has told Uckfield Town Council that highway safety has been considered.
It goes on to say the design has been amended to be more in keeping with other buildings and the proposal will not encroach on to the neighbouring green.
Southern Water has been consulted and does not object and the ability of the site to drain, in accordance with legislation, will be addressed via building control. A condition has been imposed to ensure surface water drainage details are satisfactory.
