Uckfield planning appeal allowed
An appeal against refusal of planning permission for four homes to be built behind The Orchard in Hempstead Road, Uckfield, has been allowed.
The decision, made on November 9, 2009, is reported in documents going before Wealden Council's planning sub-committee, north, today. Officers had recommended refusal of the proposal and members made the decision to refuse.
* A decision is still awaited on an appeal against refusal of a plan to build a pair of semi-detached homes with parking on land behind 104 and 106 Framfield Road, Uckfield.
