Moves to install wind turbine at Victoria Ground, Uckfield
A 15 metre high wind turbine could be installed at the Victoria Pleasure Ground in Uckfield.
A public notice about the proposal was in the Sussex Express on Friday but details have not yet appeared in a list of planning applications on the Wealden Council website.
The public notice, from Uckfield Town Council, says any "owner of the land or tenant" who wishes to make representations about the application should contact Wealden Council.
The Victoria Ground is to the south of Uckfield behind the catholic church and St Philip's School. It is accessed from Old Timbers Lane.
