Best selling present at PipeDreams - the scooter
No prizes for guessing the top selling Christmas present at PipeDreams, the snow surf and skate shop at the top of the High Street on the corner of Church Street ... scooters.
They have been consistently popular through the whole of the year and shop owners Julie and David Hobbs made sure to order early for the Christmas rush.
“We have very good stocks at the moment but they are starting to go fast,” said Julie. “We are able to compete with online purchasing. Our prices are comparable and we are also able to give helpful advice on accessories.”
There are a wealth of other gift ideas too such as winter clothing, warm fleeces and hats and scarves.
Julie added: “If people would like to come in and challenge us to find a gift for any member of the family I’m sure we will be able to help.”
Unlike most people PipeDreams is hoping for snow this winter because they are well equipped with products to help people through the worst weather. So if the snow comes down remember them.
