Rocks Park School, Uckfield, receives singing award
Rocks Park Primary School in Uckfield is the first school in East Sussex to receive the Platinum Sing Up Award.
As award winners they pledge their commitment to keeping singing at the heart of all they do and to act as ambassadors for singing within the community.
This could be seen on Friday morning at their Harvest Festival and at a harvest tea enjoyed by members of Uckfield Housebound Club earlier in the week.
Pictured with the award and with children of Rocks Park School are music subject leader Susan Haywood, headteacher Chris Davey and deputy headteacher Karen Evans.
Thanks to Ron Hill for the photographs.
