Chance to join the Uckfield weight loss challenge at new club
A new club which helps people lose weight through a combination of classes and personal coaching sessions is coming to Uckfield.
The Arriba! Weight Loss Challenge launches at the United Methodist Church in Framfield Road on Tuesday, October 5, and sessions will be held from 6.30 to 7.30pm over 12 weeks.
Organiser Toni Lehman said different topics would be discussed at each meeting to help members achieve weight loss goals and ensure weight loss was safe and long-lasting.
The £39 fee also covers a one to one consultation, a personalised programme, a full body composition analysis, a weekly email and coaching call.
Toni, who also runs clubs at Bexhill, Little Common and Stone Cross, said: “Our clubs are great fun and members support one-another as well as form friendships. We also have weekly prizes and incentives.
“In addition there are cash prizes for the biggest weight-losers – with prizes based on the percentage of body weight lost rather than the number of pounds.”
Toni added that many members also opted to use the Herbalife Weight Management System but that was not a requirement.
“Our club is about wellness and not just weight loss and we welcome members who just want to learn about healthy eating and lifestyle,” she said.
