Children's clay tile mosaics on display at Uckfield Library
Three mosaics built from clay tiles by Uckfield area schoolchildren are on display at the town's library.
They were made by more than 270 children, aged from three years to 14.
Workshops were led in schools by professional artist Carol Havard from Art Techniques. Each tile was designed to represent different aspects of the community.
They will now be on permanent display at the library.
Pictured here, at the launch of the Uckfield Local Partnership for Children Community Art Project, are Uckfield Mayor Cllr John Carvey, artist Carol Havard and head teacher at Rocks Park School, Chris Davey.
Thanks to Ron Hill for the photograph.
