Families enjoy Uckfield fun and safety event at fire station
Families enjoyed a fun and safety event at Uckfield Fire Station on Thursday.
Attractions included a children's entertainer, penalty shoot out competition, fire engines, police cars and face painting.
There was also advice available about aspects of community safety, personal safety, accident prevention and food hygiene.
Organisations involved included: Wealden District Council, East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service, Sussex Police, East Sussex County Council children's services, East Sussex Downs and Weald Primary Care Trust, Safer Wealden Partnership, Active Play and UK Power Networks.
