Santa proves popular at Holy Cross School fair in Uckfield
Santa in his grotto was a big draw at the Holy Cross School fair in Uckfield on Friday afternoon and there were plenty of stalls, activities and refreshments for visitors to enjoy.
Children had fun getting ready for the big day. They collected donations for the hugely popular chocolate tombola stall and gift bags and dressed in wacky socks and tights one day and wore funky hats and hair to school another to do that.
During the fair many of the children were photographed with Santa in his grotto. They also had chance to make woodcraft reindeer, visit a nail bar and play Rudolf hoopla.
Funds raised at the fair will go towards additional playground equipment.
Thanks to Ron Hill for the photographs.
