Pirates set sail at Uckfield Holy Cross Church holiday club
Pirates of the River Uck set sail last week at a holiday club organised by members of Holy Cross Church, Uckfield.
The holiday club with a pirate theme offered children the opportunity to play games, engage in craft activities and join in with singing.
The Curate at Holy Cross, Stephen Date said: “It’s the first time we’ve done anything like this so I think the grown ups were a bit heart in mouth on the Monday morning but by the last day it was pretty clear that a good time was had by all."
